Policy Analyst & Public Policy Specialist

Philippa joins the Institute for Competitiveness and Prosperity having completed a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Queen’s University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree specializing in Urban Studies and Sociology from the University of Toronto. Philippa’s research interests include immigration and skills development, arts and culture, and civic engagement. Previous to joining the institute, Philippa gained work experience in the provincial government at the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Sport and in the non-profit arts sector with the Toronto Design Offsite Festival.
