Gordon J. Homer
Gordon J. Homer is President of Gordon J. Homer Advisory Services, an independent Strategic and financial advisory firm, and was formerly Deputy Chairman of Scotia Capital, the corporate and investment banking division of The Bank of Nova Scotia. Previously, he was President of Gordon J. Homer Inc. for six years where he provided advisory services to the Ontario and Federal Governments as well as many major corporations. From 1971 to 1990, he was with Wood Gundy, acting as Vice Chairman from 1988 to 1990 and as Head of Worldwide Investment Banking from 1985 to 1988.
Mr. Homer has a B.Appl.Sc. (Industrial Engineering) from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Harvard University. He is a Director of Harvard Business School’s Worldwide Alumni Association and Canadian Fellowship Advisory Committee and is Chairman of the FIRST Robotics Canadian Regional Competition for students as well as a member of FIRST’s Worldwide Board of Directors.
